Since 1981, when Ken built his own Bulletin Board System (BBS, the precursor to today's Internet) with both his own home-made modem-bank hardware and multi-user software, he has been pioneering the Internet. Starting with Assembly Language in the 80's on the Zilog Z-80 microprocessor, his experience also includes engineering, management and design of a multi-million dollar, multi-year projects. His vertical market experience includes consumer order processing, insurance, printing logistics, non-profit communications, and systems flow.
Ken has seen the market evolve over the years and has leveraged his experience to ensure that every customer continues to receive premium service with incredible reliability through his no-nonsense, exacting standards. Ken doesn't just have the technical skils required to make a project right from the start, but he also understands business development having founded and operated several successful businesses.
In 2020, Ken authored his first book, Bounce!: 101 Essential Life Lessons. In addition to being an Internet Technology Engineer, Ken is also a Ham Radio operator, Martial Arts Master Instructor, and Father of Seven.
